Happy Birthday and here we go:

My name is Scott McClintock. I'm a 67 year old male who has been retired since 2008. I began treatment for cluster migraine headache with Dr Cai in March, 2017. Cluster migraine is different than regular migraine. The pain from cluster migraine for me is characterized by intense pain behind my right eye. The pain usually lasts around an hour and builds into pressure in my entire head. The episodes are debilitating and followed by long periods of lower level residual pain. I have suffered with clusters since I was 32 years old. My last series of clusters was in April 2016, and my traditional treatments include:

Depakote (an epilepsy medicine) that is difficult to assess its effectiveness

Oxygen treatment that is sometimes helpful.

Imitrex - epi-pen shot that normally can break the pain, but has very limited weekly dosages so that often times there are more headaches than shots available.

These treatments are defensive in that they start after a headache or a pain that might indicate a headache is coming. Clusters have in general an annual cycle for me, hence my desire to start treatment with Dr. Cai in March of this year.

I learned of Dr Cai from a friend who was receiving treatment. While my initial sessions involved some high levels of discomfort, the pain quickly abated and my general health is excellent and I am currently on a reduced frequency maintenance schedule. As of August 11, 2017, I have not experienced any cluster migraines.

In addition to the help with the clusters, Dr. Cai has treated me for knee aches/pain that had been keeping from sleeping well at night. These pains have been greatly diminished with the result being a good night's sleep. General pains such as back pain and numbness in hands have also improved.

Previously, I had tried acupuncture as a treatment for cluster migraine. I find that Dr. Cai's acupressure treatments are a far more powerful and superior treatment, when compared to acupuncture. I intend to keep a scheduled maintenance program with Dr. Cai.

After treatments by Dr. Cai, my leg and foot pain were greatly reduced. Walking and standing became much easier. I even was able to take a long walk and not suffer for days afterwards.My energy level is considerably higher.In general, an overall feeling a wellbeing is experienced with the treatments.

In addition to her treatment, which greatly helps reduce or eliminate symptoms, Dr. Cai, is positive and reassuring. She asks questions and really listens to your responses, which helps her determine how she will treat you during that session. She is never rushed or distracted.

Good Morning Clay and Lacy,

I am a 70 year old female with relatively few health problems except those that have been self inflicted. I have lead an active life so far and broken a few bones and pulled a few ligaments in the process. Which is the cause for the pain and stiffness I am experiencing now. But I originally went to see Lacy not for myself but to get my husband Scott to try acupressure for his cluster headaches. As with most of Lacy's patients, we found her through a good friend.

At that time I was coming off a severe femur break from a skiing accident the year before, which left me with two rods in my left leg and hip. I was regaining mobility and being active again ..skiing , biking and hiking when in March suddenly everything became stiff and to painful to even get on the bike. I was concerned that I had done something to dislocate the pins with a fall skiing and went to my doctor, who ordered an MRI. The diagnosis was severe arthritis in my left hip caused from the pins. The surgeon who put the pins in my leg did mention that a hip replacement would probably be in my future but I certainly did think that it would be so soon.

All along Lacy is saying the pain was not from the arthritis but from my lower back. I insisted that I had never had back pain. The orthopedic surgeon suggested a hip replacement in the near future but perhaps a series of shots would prolong the need for the replacement and ease the pain for a few months.
Lacy was again insistent that I let her "work her magic" with acupressure treatments for my lower back, neck, hip etc. The rest is history for now. My hip pain is gone! The MRI did show that a hip replacement may be needed but for now and hopefully into the future I am pain free!!

Lacy also worked on an arthritic ankle from a ski accident 45 years ago and it also improved..to my amazement !!

In February 2017 was very dizzy, depressed and had brain fog going through menopause. My OBGYN Dr. Diana Denning wanted to prescribe estrogen. I asked for natural remedy and she suggested I visit Lacy Cai. I called immediately and spoke with her. I was unable to drive due to brain fog, dizziness and headache., being not myself.
